Star Wars Jedi 3: Cal Kestis Returns for Another Galactic Adventure!

🌌 Remember the thrill of swinging a lightsaber as Cal Kestis in the Star Wars Jedi series? Well, guess what? We’re about to embark on another intergalactic journey! Yep, you heard that right. Star Wars Jedi 3 is in the works, and I’m as giddy as a Wookiee on Life Day!

Our main man, Cameron Monaghan, the actor behind Cal Kestis, spilled the beans during the Ocala Comic Con panel. Picture this: I’m lounging on my couch, scrolling through YouTube, and I stumble upon this video of Monaghan at the panel. He’s all like, “We’re working on a third, and we’re in the process of doing that right now.” I nearly dropped my bowl of popcorn! 🍿

Monaghan continued, sharing his excitement and hinting at the massive effort going into the project. He said, “That’s been a big undertaking and there have been some conversations so far, but hopefully when all things are said and done, we’ll be able to go in and make something really cool.” I mean, can you imagine the adventures awaiting us? Maybe we’ll finally get to see the Womp Rats of Tatooine or have a pod race rematch!

Now, here’s a twist in our tale. Just a week before this revelation, Stig Asmussen, the director of the Star Wars Jedi series, waved goodbye to Respawn Entertainment. But fear not, my fellow Jedi! EA, in their statement, assured us that veteran leaders from Respawn would be stepping up to guide the team. They mentioned, “Veteran Respawn leaders will be stepping up to guide the team as they continue their work on Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.” Sounds promising, right?

And if you’re still skeptical, there’s more evidence pointing to this new title’s development. A sneaky job listing earlier this year hinted that Respawn Entertainment was gearing up for a third Star Wars Jedi title. I mean, come on, the Force is strong with this one!

So, what’s the takeaway? Star Wars Jedi 3 is coming, and it’s going to be epic! Whether you’re a Padawan or a Jedi Master, this game promises adventures that’ll have you on the edge of your seat. And hey, if you’re over 35 like me, don’t let the younglings tell you gaming’s not for us. We’ve been using the Force since they were in diapers!

To all my fellow Star Wars fans, may the Force be with you. And remember, in the wise words of Master Yoda, “Always in motion, the future is.” So, keep those lightsabers ready and stay tuned for more updates!
